Are the products in stock in Slovenia?

Yes, most products are physically in stock in Slovenia, so we can ship them to you quickly. Individual products also indicate if the delivery time is longer.

What is the delivery time?

For in-stock products, delivery is usually 1 to 3 business days within Slovenia. In the case of pre-order products, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, all products come with a legally recognized warranty. In addition, if you have any problems, you can always contact us and we will find a solution.

Can I return the tool if it doesn't fit me?

Of course. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it without any reason. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Can I order as a company (with an invoice)?

Yes, you can enter your company details (with VAT number) during the ordering process, and you will receive a corresponding invoice.
