Warranty and returns

✅ Warranty

All products in our store have a 12-month warranty . The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship and does not include damage due to improper use, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period, please contact us at with the following information:

• order number,
• description of the problem,
• photos or video of the error.

After confirmation, we will:

• replace the product free of charge or
• offered a repair or
• refund the purchase price (if replacement/repair is not possible).

🔁 Right to return

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product , without giving a reason.

Refund conditions:

• The product must be undamaged , unused and in its original packaging.
• The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
• We will refund the purchase price within 5 working days of receiving the product.

❗Exceptions:

• Products with obvious signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For a battery-powered tool, the battery must be unused or have less than 5 charge cycles.
